It just means they're stronger. They're more capable at fighting, using Wi, their natural traits are increased and their unique abilities are more under their control.

Not sure when Kuro becomes a Hero. If it's during the time-skip, then he'll be entitled to time-skip leveling, if its at the end of the time-skip, I'll take his life before becoming a hero into consideration before making a decision.

Also, gods can level Heroes up with Might, so it's not really an issue if you're thinking of it in the 'other Heroes will never catch up' sense.

Also, you need to take into account that Zerabil got to level 3 in a matter of a day, in-game time-wise. Ialu got to level 7 in a matter of years. Thirty years would reasonably cause this kind of increase. If others don't think so, I'm willing to reduce the time-skip level up though.
