The morning following the somewhat hectic introductory day, Moss awoke with his newly-recalibrated Air Boots in front of him. The finer details of yesterday were lost to him, but he at least remembered the people he met: the angry guy, the purple-hair guy and... that girl who didn't tell him her name. He thought about using "mysterious girl" as a placeholder for whatever her real name was, but that sounded weird to him. "Eh, maybe she doesn't have a name?" Though he considered the possibility that she just didn't like her name and didn't want to tell others, Moss finalized his decision to just call her the "nameless girl" since he lacked any real imagination at three in the morning. He spent a few hours jumping throughout the campus, making sure his gear was in peak condition as he waited for breakfast to be ready. Though Moss wanted to go for a few more runs after eating, a teacher quickly stopped him. "... Hweh." he sighed to himself as he walked around normally, not flying through the air as he would have liked. Moss was confident in his knowledge on how to tune his boots; it was just that using only his mouth to do it meant there was more room for error. It was fortunate that they seemed to be in good shape this time, since there was suddenly an announcement calling the students over to Beacon Cliff. "I wonder if they're going to kick us off the edge like birds," Moss thought half-jokingly to himself. While it would be pretty fun to see who'd end up splattering on the ground, Moss doubted that something like that would happen. With his equipment already on hand--not to mention the fact that the Air Boots were made to increase the wearer's mobility--it was somewhat expected that Moss was the first one there. Literally flying over there, he got quite a few shocked gazes from the people below him. As he landed, Moss remembered that he really wasn't supposed to be using them now. "... Will I get in trouble again?" he thought to himself, recalling when he was scolded just a few minutes ago. "Ah well. Too late now." He let his focus drift to the clouds as other students began filling in, some of them recognizing him and giving quizzical stares. Moss, still daydreaming, didn't hear a word that Ozpin or Goodwitch had said. What caught his attention was the sudden sounds of screams and the sight of people flying in the air. "Eh?" Moss let out in surprise as he witnessed the spectacle. A low hissing sound came from the platform beneath him, the familiar sound of compressed air. "Eh?" As the floor suddenly swung up and Moss was sent spiraling forward into the air, a loud "HWEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeehhhhhh?!" could be heard, fading as his figure became more distant. Stabilizing his flight, Moss looked around him. A few others had managed to gather their wits and were landing on the ground below. "They... really did do the bird-thing." Moss sighed to himself as he wondered who the heck made this tradition. Regardless, Moss decided that he should do something so that he didn't just crash. Creating hefty bursts of air that shook the trees below him, Moss ran towards where everyone else seemed to be going... some ruins? This proved to be an pretty bad idea, as it emptied his air tanks by quite a bit and caused him to plummet at an even faster speed towards the ground. Realizing this, Moss waited for his tanks to fill up before releasing a bubble-like blast in front of him. While not as bad as it would have been, Moss still ended up tumbling about a hundred meters and sliding a few dozen more into a clearing. "That could have gone better, but at least I didn't hit a tree." Moss noted as he stood up and brought up his knee to rub the dirt off his face. Then, he saw the person in front of him. "Oh hi again!" he said happily in greeting to the nameless girl, now dressed like a... magical girl? Unable to help himself once he noticed what the nameless girl was wearing, Moss teased, "You look really cute in that, by the way."
