Yeah, I think that's the same why Ciara is feeling so bad. I don't think she would be stupid enough to do like if she didn't feel that connection. I think that if he did hurt her first instead of the other way around it would have lead up to her even came near him again. 

I think it's cute that he won't hurt her if he wanted to. 

Edit: I mean I know that if he wanted to hurt her he could. But I think it's sweet that she is so easily getting to his softer side already.
