Shiranui also spotted the building and was about to comment on it when he felt something attach to his back.  "What the…" he started and was only clued in to what it was when he saw a red and purple ribbon waving about.  "I wondered when I would find one of you," he stated, carefully removing a shiny Honedge from his back.  Shiranui scanned the Honedge with his Pokédex.
"[i]Honedge, the Sword Pokémon.  Apparently this Pokémon is born when a departed spirit inhabits a sword. It attaches itself to people and drinks their life force.[/i]"
The Honedge unsheathed itself and Shiranui sent Higitsune out to battle the red sword.  "Start with Ember!"  The Fennekin breathed out a salvo of embers at Honedge and Shiranui noticed it did a lot of damage.  Honedge struck Higitsune with a Pursuit.  Seizing the opportunity, Shiranui lobbed a Great Ball at the shiny Honedge and after Honedge was drawn in, he watched the ball shake with bated breath.  The ball pinged and Shiranui added it to his party, naming the shiny Honedge Yoto.
