Rin saw the many collections of forests as the distance would increase. Eventually the sight of forests would dissappear from her view and eventually the sight of frigid, cold mountains would come to be. When Rin saw the snowy mountains, she closed her eyes as if to take in the almost nostalgic feeling. Even though she had been in the Leaf Village almost all her life, Rin felt at ease in the cold. Maybe it was the blood of her ancestors or maybe it was the fact that she commands Ice Release and it makes her more accustomed to the cold. Regardless, Rin still felt the sensation of coldness on her skin. At the point she had escaped her own thoughts, Megumi would announce that they were going to descend. Rin prepared herself for the shifting of body positions. Now they were going down and at speeds faster than she could possibly imagine. All the while that they were, Megumi did some weird jutsu that conjured up some winter coats. They floated in front of the genin for a minute or so while they descended. Rin intended to grab the one in front of her, but she was a second too late as it had dropped out of reach and Rin soon did the same as she went head-first into the snow. “FDHFHGHFKGGDGK(FUCK ME AND THIS FUCKING SNOW! FUCK IT AND ITS WHITE COLDNESS! FUCK FUCK FUCK!)!” Rin spoke obscenities as she wiggled her upper body out of the snow, breathing loudly as she in an upright position. “For fuck’s sake!” She said as she began to shiver, “I command Hyoton, why am I shivering!?” She yelled angrily as she dug her coat out of the snow. It was a light blue coat with silver edges. It was a hooded one and Rin put it on. As Megumi began to explain the mission and exactly the details in…well detail, she stressed that they shouldn’t use any of their ninjutsu. “Well no shit.“ Rin already knew that. She might be a bit of a slut at times, but she was also informed on things such as the relationship between the shinobi and samurai. The latter didn’t like the former and any signs of them in their country would probably ignite some kind of war. Megumi continued on to say that Rin, Geichi, and Mia would pose as siblings. “Come again?--” Rin asked for a repeat, but Megumi then said, on her command, Rin will either faint or play dead, “--Fine, whatever.” Rin shrugged. Before they even continued, Megumi threw and rubbed dirt into the faces of the genins. Rin was about to smack Megumi if she kept that shit up. She withheld that urge once more and just followed Megumi. She knew this would be a long and irritating day. The guy that he was up against looked intimidating, but anyone with half a sense of combat could easily dodge the big lug. And that was exactly what Shin did. A few dodges here and counters there was enough to secure Shin an opportunity to in for his offensive, which he did in the form of a series of taijutsu strikes. Jaakuna let out a low whistling sound as he saw Shin totally demolish the guy in a matter of seconds. After the fight was over, the silent arena was now being filled with uproars of different kinds. Jaakuna clearly heard some cheers from the people who watched the fight as well as some not-so-flattering curses. It was like the people were divided in how they felt about the outcome of Shin’s fight. Jaakuna knew which side he was on and after seeing Shin grin at them, Jaakuna was more psyched than ever. When Fujitora would inform Jaakuna that he would skip the next fight, Jaakuna simply took a seat watching the fight between two poor saps. The fight went on for five minutes until one of them one. Jaakuna took notice to how bloody that fight was. If it wasn’t evident to Jaakuna by this point, these fights surely were to the death and one slip up meant that he would be on the chopping block. When Shin returned to the booth, Jaakuna gave him a confident grin. “Now watch how it’s really done.” He said removing his red jacket, and walking past Shin as he patted him on his shoulder. Jaakuna proceeded to jump down to the cage in a single bound, landing on the top part of the cage with one leg and not stopping his motion until he was on the fighting platform. Now on the ground where blood filled its natural tones and almost hid the hard texture of it, Jaakuna looked around and he saw everyone look at him with disgusted looks. Obviously they didn’t like his near metrosexual figure. Or maybe they just didn’t like how well-groomed his hair was. Regardless, Jaakuna was there to fight. Jaakuna simply faced to the opposite direction of him as he saw his opponent. This man(?) wasn’t like any he had seen before in a fight. This man had a frame two feet taller than Jaakuna’s, but somehow the Sundance Kid got a feeling that they shared similar -- if not the same -- weight. Jaakuna couldn’t tell what skin tone this guy had as he was covered head to toe in the darkest-colored suit he could think of and a white mask covering his entire face. He had the same colored gloves on his hands. To top it all off, Jaakuna noticed dark-colored shoes on his feet. “Aren’t you a bit hot in all of that get up?” Jaakuna asked his opponent, hoping to get some kind of response. “. . .” The tall man said nothing. He stood there as if he was a robot waiting orders from his master. “Whatever,” Jaakuna shrugged as he took a fighting position, his body moving side-to-side in a dancing-like motion. In that same moment, the bell rung as to signal the start of the fight. On that same instant, the tall, suit-wearing man rushed in towards Jaakuna at nearly blinding speeds, his right arm going forward. Jaakuna grinned as he did a cartwheel to the left, the man missing Jaakuna by a few seconds. The missed attack made the tall man’s arm smash into the cage. There was no emotional reaction. There was just a ching sound heard as his hand met the steel. Jaakuna was behind his opponent. Jaakuna went in for a backwards cartwheel that was effortlessly transitioned into a double-legged dropkick with Jaakuna‘s stomach and head facing the ground, but his opponent swiftly dashed a meter away. Jaakuna’s feet met with the steel cage, but he was able to get solid footing on it to which he would be able to springboard off of it as he would push off both of his feet towards his opponent who was still in the process of a dash. The speed at which Jaakuna propelled himself was enough to get behind the tall man before he got a chance to even notice Jaakuna. When the tall man noticed Jaakuna coming in for the same move he tried before, the man was to react. Even though the speed Jaakuna had propelled himself at was impressive, the tall man’s reaction time was even faster as he was able to side-step Jaakuna’s attack and able to grab Jaakuna’s neck with one of his long, slender arms. Due to his height and the timing, he quickly raised Jaakuna up, who at this time just realized what was happening. Before Jaakuna could wiggle his way out of the tall man’s grip, said man spin his body around clockwise once before hauling Jaakuna towards the part of the cage on the east side of the ground. The speed in which Jaakuna was thrown was great and even though Jaakuna was able to shift his body in a position to somewhat protect himself, he went back-first into the steel bars of the cage. It wasn’t enough to draw blood from him, but Jaakuna felt the pains in his back as a mild yell of pain was released from his mouth. In the midst of all of that, Jaakuna found himself on the ground on his butt. He saw the tall man just two or three meters across from him and he went in for another attack. In three seconds he had reached Jaakuna, aiming to punch him. However, Jaakuna gripped one of the bars above him and flipped his body up a few more bars on the cage. Due to this action being taken, the man, once again, had missed Jaakuna and his fist met with the steel bar of the cage, the sound echoing throughout the arena, mixing in with the sounds of excited spectators. As the man was holding his hand, Jaakuna knew this was his chance to strike. Lifting his lower body up, Jaakuna felt his body become like a feather. It was like everything around him was becoming slower and slower. He was upside down and had a view of his opponent slowly getting up. Jaakuna pushed off his arms, flipping once forward, half-turning his body so that he was perpendicular to his opponent. He had his leg come down for an axe kick and so it did, hard and spot-on the tall man’s back. Jaakuna felt the impact of the kick on the man’s back, hearing somewhat of a cracking sound. It was most likely the sounds of the spine meeting the hard kick. The force of Jaakuna’s kick floored the man and Jaakuna was on his butt. As he was in the process of rolling backwards to gain distance between him and his opponent, Jaakuna felt something tug at his left arm. Looking at mentioned arm, he saw a white hand with black nails ripped through the top of it gripping the wrist of his arm. With widened eyes, Jaakuna saw that it was from his opponent and he was staring at an upside-down view of the man as he was looking directly back at Jaakuna. And for a moment, the Sundance Kid could have sworn that he saw a flash of crimson red through the pure white. “Let go!” Jaakuna yelled at him, trying to break free of the grip, but to no avail. The man slowly got up, tightening the grip he had on Jaakuna’s wrist. Jaakuna could feel the pain in his left wrist, almost to the point of loud grunts of agony. By the time the man had gotten up to his feet, Jaakuna was being lifted at least one foot above ground, The sounds of the tall man’s back cracking could be heard and the grip on Jaakuna’s wrist became even tighter. The mans free arm came up and the same black claw-like nails emerged from the white glove. He brought it to Jaakuna’s neck. “You move a lot..,” The man spoke for the first time, his voice sounding deep and inaudible to those who weren’t ringside. He brought hand to Jaakuna’s neck, the sharp nails just barely piercing the skin,“I will end that..” He spoke again. Just as the Tall Man pulled his arm away from Jaakuna’s neck as if to go in for a fast strike, that would be Jaakuna’s chance. In that short window, Jaakuna took his free arm and sent rapid jabs into the Tall Man’s upper-torso area. Such fast strikes at that strength was all the Sundance Kid needed to not only get the Tall Man in a staggering state, but he was now free from the grip. It was only five seconds, but that’s all Jaakuna needed. Quickly, without even thinking, he ran towards the Tall man. By jumping one meter, Jaakuna stepped off the man’s pelvic area to which he was able to get into the air and his lower body at the man’s neck/head area. He then quickly found a place on the man’s neck, locking his legs around the man’s neck. Jaakuna then brought his arms up and punch after punch, unleashed a series of hard lefts and rights. So many punches went by that Jaakuna’s knuckles were getting bloody and so was The Tall Man’s mask as parts of it was actually torn off due to the rapid succession of Jaakuna’s punches. Somewhere in the middle of the rapid fire, Jaakuna had the man against the cage and he kept wailing, the sound of his head bouncing of the metal. By this point, Jaakuna had a face of rage unlike any such face he’s made before. By the hundredth punch, the man had fainted due to the pain, and Jaakuna simply extended his back and allowed the man to flow with his body, Jaakuna releasing the grip just seconds before the man’s head had been pointed towards the ground. This allowed Jaakuna to get up to his feet rather quickly. Standing tall over The Tall Man, Jaakuna looked at the spectators. Every single one he saw were just looking at him with unblinking eyes and mouths open. Jaakuna was just a little confused as to why they were looking at him like that. However, in the next moment they would all start to cheer. Perhaps it was cause of the excessive violence or something of the like.Jaakuna then proceeded to look at his hands and then feet; both were covered in so much blood that Jaakuna’s shoes were half-submerged in it. As he looked on at his hands, Jaakuna can’t remember how it happened. He remembered punching the Tall Man a few times, but after that he was drawing a blank. While he tried to figure it out, Jaakuna went towards the cage door and left it. Going opposite of him were what Jaakuna assumed were doctors of some kind. Jaakuna’s head went to that direction for a brief moment and he saw them at least checking The Tall Man. He wasn’t responding and Jaakuna saw something of a cross-armed wave which usually meant unconsciousness. Jaakuna turned his head away and made his way back to the booth that his team was at. As he was in the company of his team, Jaakuna smiled falsely. He wasn’t in the mood for smiling, but Jaakuna couldn’t really show what he was really feeling which was a mixture of confusion and fear. He smiled even wider for Shin. “I guess we both got a win, ey Shin?" He laughed as he took a seat next to Paneru.
