Yeah, but this movie doesn't really go by comic book rules. We didn't see some of the bodies for the dead guys sent to track the Indominus, but we know they're dead because of them going flat. Oh and the actions are reversed. It was Echo who was thrown into the restaurant and we saw Echo land on the plate right before it exploded.

I don't really think Delta survived being crunched on by the Indominus like that. Plus as Owen said in the movie, they're pack animals. If they had been alive Blue wouldn't have left without them.
