Both appear as shota of loli depending on how you depict them for they look feminine as heck. BaKu-chan has blonde hair while Kame-tan has rainbow colored hair.

Powers:
Bakura has explosion release and uses it through stuffed animals, and the other guy can turn himself into a humanoid chameleon; Invisibility and Shapeshifing, enhanced taijutsu skills.
