Zephaniah, better known as Z, is a high ranking angel. He is a seraphim, and he is one of his Colenel's most trusted soldiers. However, when his team was assigned the task of securing two witches thay have the power needed to turn the tide in the war against the demons, he had hi.own plans. This was the first time they weren't heard out and another form of action was put into play. He defected, knowing that he was right, and now he no longer cares for the war. He wants to keep these women from being used as weapons.

Ophelia is a very bright and talented young witch who deals very closely with lighter aspects of magic though she, like her sister, can access all forms of magic. She enjoys using healing and protective magics, but she can use destructive as well. Her favorite elemental magic is water, and she uses elemental magic a lot. She often has dreams that come true which shows that she his finally started showing signs of clairvoyance which normally shows early on in life. She doesn't talk about it.

Her and Kai's mother always said on thing about Ophelia, however, and Ophelia still doesn't understand it. Though her.light is so powerful and bright, the darkness within her will be just as dangerous as her light.
