1) With [i]science[/i] nah in the original timeline almost all if it was destroyed, trying to recreate it using Rogers blood wasn't really working. This is under the assumption that on one of S.H.I.E.L.D.S many operations they actually managed to come across a vial, which is where they tried to make more from. I wouldn't say they really "Cracked" it which is why he's not as robust as the original cap. I am happy to remove this if you deem fit.

2) This is something more along the lines of hinted at early game, and that won't really take place for a while down the road. The reason I mentioned it is I feel that something as big should have a bit more of a lead up than it did in the MCU. Where S.H.I.E.L.D was always there, tryna be the good guys. Then suddenly in cap 2 "Bam, Hydra."
