The Parademon doesn't get the strength bonus, as his stat is only at 5. The second class of strength is 6-10.

Your Health would drop 3 points from his attacks. If you use 2 of your 4 Defense moves, you'd regain more hp than you lost with +4 returning since you Defense is doubled by your speed. If he caught you with the third attack of his your Health would've only dropped 1 point.
