Kuro was struggling to keep the tip balanced on his finger but he had a little easier time since he had learned how to control his chakra for his growing up ceremony. The Fireball jutsu was no ordinary jutsu and it was learned by young Uchiha to grow up which required some fair amount of chakra control training. However even still he struggled with it and he just about had it balanced using chakra when Akihiko slapped him on the back of the head causing his anger to flood in but he managed to hold on as Akihiko told him to pick it back up.
