The only problem you'll have is actions which affect the whole team, like Heretic's [i]Minor Mutation[/i] and Rocksmith's [i]We Will Rock You[/i], won't affect the members of the team who aren't with you until you get back to them.

[@rush99999] Just to warn you, if you decide to head off to the roof you'll be leaving the current engagement and won't be able to participate again until the others either follow you or finish the engagement without you. And I wouldn't let them use the same trick to trap the SWAT Officers a second time.
