Hey she isn't [i]that[/i] greedy! She knows that taking all of the humans would piss off the other minions. She'll take more than her fair share, but Twich just took 12/47, so she can stop after 16 and still argue she didn't take the most. He took 4 emptied bodies as well as 8 healthy ones, so Narza can actually take a total of 12 souls on top of the 4 she'd already taken. 

So there'd be 23 humans left standing. And another 12 on the floor. Technically still up for the taking. (Just ask Emily if you want those ones as servants)
