Don't have a magic user directly, but I'm gonna play up the magical nature of the Atlantean's and their cities.  Arthur's inability to access and manipulate magic directly is going to be a sub-plot point, but many of his supporting characters will be magic users I.E. Atlanna, Orm, Mera, Vulko, Garth.  The Royal family is especially noted for its higher percentage of magic sensitive individuals.
