[@Sep] It is basically a giant satire about television production and consumation.  Basically, Mojo lives in an alaternate dimension and it all revolves around the television industry.  He has enslaved other races and species as his "actors" and forces them to be involved in his television programs.

Apparently there was an Avengers Assemble episode that included Mojo (Episode 18 of Season One).
