I like the idea of her being able to call on spirits to essentially possess her, but only with their permission. What I don't like is how she can summon up pretty much anything that's dead. A suggestion would be to have her only able to summon dead humans as opposed to animals and monsters. And even then, perhaps she can only summon people that have died within a certain time limit, eg. she can only resurrect people who've died in the last three days. Furthermore, I would suggest getting rid of the regeneration as it seems tacked on.

On that note, I totally support zombie Emiri making an appearance.
