Ariana and Sarah sat by idly in their seats as Liam drove on. The two of them stayed quiet as Liam mentioned something about a beer, and only awaited for the time they would get home. It was definitely obvious that the two ladies in the van had the same thing on their mind- both of them missed their kids dearly, and couldn't wait to see them once again. The both of them took this line of work to provide the best line of work for their family, because once again- they were both single mothers. Sarah checked her shotgun, and put it down for the last time for this operation as the transporter went on. --------------------- Two Days Later Ariana lied on her bed, holding up her tablet as she was on a video call with her daughter and caretaker. Ariana was really glad that this hotel had Wi-Fi, because she wouldn't know what she would be doing without it. She was smiling as her daughter giggled and laughed. She was just really happy to see her daughter once again, and had nothing to say at the moment. "When are you coming home, mommy?" Her daughter asked rather eagerly. Ariana grimaced and scratched her head, looking down as she thought up of a response. "You'll know when I get home." She winked, chuckling softly. Her daughter groaned, "I hope it's soon! You know my birthday is coming up soon!" Ariana rubbed her face with a hand, thinking up of yet another response, "Don't you worry, I'll be home in time for your birthday." Ariana spaced out as her daughter talked about how Janey Smith did this one thing and what her plans were for the party. She snapped back to attention as her caregiver butted in, telling the little girl that it was time to get off and go do things. Ariana's daughter of course groaned, and Ariana's heart dived to her feet as she saw both the caregiver and her daughter in the same screen. "Bye mommy, I'll see you later!" Ariana nodded and waved, "Bye, I'll see you soon." The call ended, and Ariana rolled over on her bed, staring up at the ceiling. She knew that she'd definitely have to do something to get herself the hell out of there in order to get back home for her daughter's birthday. The problem for her was that she didn't know what Malcolm or the company had in store for Hydroxide in the future, so she definitely needed to communicate between him and her. Her phone rang as she was thinking, and it was definitely out of her reach. She groaned, and sat up, wondering who it would be at this moment. Much to her surprise, it was Pavel. She picked up and listened, hoping that Malcolm didn't assign them yet another operation. Turns out, it was the polar opposite of another operation. She stood up from her bed and placed her free hand on her hip. She currently wore a pair of skinny jeans and a black sweater underneath an olive drab jacket, something suitable for an environment like this, "Of course I'm up, I need something do to here anyway."
