Coconut is gooood, I love the smell and taste. I cannot mix it with banana though, I know it's classic but it can't compute for me. 

I think key lime and coconut would go good together. Mmmm. I wish it wasn't so hot to bake but I have been wanting to make some cinnamon rolls lately.

EDIT - Each of my 3 posts (working on them all at once) is almost done but it's nearly 2:30, I best be in bed. But I WILL get your post tomorrow. My brother is coming over again and I want to stay out of his bitchy way.
