I'm going to go a slightly different route (As hinted) Than "Oh you're pro, lets make a team." to make it last longer than the film, where it's like. 

Day One: Don't really know eachother, kinda hate eachother.
Day Two: Loki, oh he's bad.
Day Three: Perfect teamwork due to invasion.

I'm planning on doing it in a way that should make it more fun to forum roleplay, and a bit more realistic than "Should we form a team?""Yeah okay." Don't worry, I have awesome Cap speeches planned. 

It comes with the shield.
