Spitfire stayed light on his feet and ran towards where Streak had been caught by the Warhound and the Parademon. The winged creature was nearly out of it after taking an aerial kick from Spitfire and what seemed like a flurry of rapid punches but the girl was still injured from the bite. Judah put his hand on her shoulder to try and calm her before her knuckles got mangled from hitting an alien. 

"Let me take care of it..." he said pulling his scarf down with his other hand as the two backed away from the alien minion as it burned away, "Two blasts of flame should do the trick..."

"Now what're we gonna do with Clifford the Big Red Dog over there?" he asked as the dog found another car to chew on.

Spitfire got the Warhound's attention throwing an unopened can of Pepsi at the beast. 

"Perfectly good waste of a drink, but I got an idea..." he said setting several trashcans and their contents on fire.

The orange clad fire breather threw the three blazing cans at the dog and connected twice. The animal smartened up in the end and used it's durability to take the distraction head on.

Spitfire tried to keep distance between them with his flames but the beast got in close enough that he could leap on the hero and maul him with his paws and front teeth.
