[h3][color=f7941d][b]Short Bio[/b][/color][/h3]Alicia is a demi-goddess born from a human mother and the Olympian God Apollo. Her mother died while giving birth causing the Sun God great sadness. Alicia (then known as Agape) was weak and unimpressive which infuriated the haughty Apollo even further. In the end he decided to banish Alicia from Olympus and sent her to the mortal realm. She was picked up by an aging couple who almost gave up on raising children, the Parkers. Named Alicia Parker the girl was raised like their own and lived a normal, cheerful life. That was until she discovered a strange-looking amulet in their old warehouse. With her powers reawakening Alicia can now transform into her true form as a demigoddess. Loving comic books and shoujo manga since her youth Alicia decided to become a superheroine and began to call herself Shining Blaze. It happened just a few months ago. Alicia is young, naive and inexperienced but she compensates for her lack of skill with guts and determination!

[h3][color=f7941d][b]Personality[/b][/color][/h3]Alicia is an innocent and lively girl. She's cheerful, kind and often shy. She genuinely friendly and helpful. Alicia has good grades at school and helps out a local restaurant as part-time waitress. She's a diligent worker but also a bit clumsy. She's also a bit of airhead who can occasionally lose herself in her toughts. Her klutziness makes Alicia often feel insecure or sad but she's cheering up fast. She loves superhero comics and shoujo manga and secretly dreams to become a true heroine. Alicia was overjoyed and excited at her fresh superpowers. She swore to protect the weak and uphold justice. Under the identity of Shining Blaze she patrols the city every night to spot evildoers. In combat she's very straightforward and gutsy. Alicia ask her opponent to surrender first and even takes a flashy entrance pose prior to fight. She claims to be against violence albeit she tends to beat up criminals pretty badly.

[h3][b][color=f7941d]Powers[/color][/b][/h3]Alicia's amulet was created by Hephaestus on Apollo's demand. It works like a seal to suppress Alicia's half-olympian powers and allow her to live like a normal girl. Albeit that's far from its only function. Upon activation it transforms Alicia into Shining Blaze, giving her a futuristic jumpsuit with various features and her hair is restored to its original blazing orange color. The suit helps Alicia to control her powers and it can also offer some automated defense functions. Technically Alicia can use her powers even without the amulet but those are only accidents and such feats give rather erratic results.

[color=f7941d][b]- Force Power:[/b][/color] Alicia is surprisingly strong and tough. She can lift up cars or catch falling steel grinders. Alicia can enhance her attacks with energy to hit even harder.

[color=f7941d][b]- Force Field:[/b][/color] Part of the reason behind her great strength and toughness is an invisible forcefield which surrounds Alicia. With conscious effort she can even raise the intensity of the field to withstand more powerful attacks at the expense of depleting her energy faster.

[color=f7941d][b]- Force Speed:[/b][/color] Alicia's strongest feature. She's incredibly fast, enough to catch bullets or run in burst of supersonic speed. If given a sufficiently long runaway Alicia can theoretically reach even greater speeds. Still, her klutziness and inexperience makes her prone to mistakes at high speed. She may fail to decelerate and bump into walls, for example. Also while Alicia can jump great distances she haven't learned how to fly yet.

[color=f7941d][b]- Force Scarf:[/b][/color] Alicia's scarf are much more than just a mere decoration. It can stretch and move on its own or respond to Alicia's will. Effectively she has two resilient stretchy arms that can be used for attack, defense or to restrain enemies.

[color=f7941d][b]- Force Recovery:[/b][/color] Alicia can concentrate radiant energies to her palm to heal certain injuries with divine power. She's only a novice though so the effects aren't anything drastic. She can also unconsciously use a similar power to gradually recover from wounds.

[color=f7941d][b]- Thunder Kick:[/b][/color] Alicia's favorite move. She jumps to the skies and descends at great speeds to deliver a powerful dive kick coated in radiant energies. She almost always calls the name of her attack.

[color=f7941d][b]- Shining Spark:[/b][/color] Alicia's newest finishing move. She gathers radiant yellow energy to unleash a powerful and quite destructive beam. It has divine and sun attributes which may make it more effective against certain enemies. Of course Alicia almost never misses the chance to shout the name of this attack.

[color=f7941d][b]- Energy Blasts:[/b][/color] After learning how to consciously use Shining Spark she also began practicing to control this power. As a result she can project weak blasts of energy to attack from some distance. Of course week is a relative term and these blasts can be still threatening. Albeit Alicia is nice and unless she feels vengeful the energy blasts only cause pain and concussive force to at best knock out her opponent. Due to her reduced focus these energy blasts are also somewhat inaccurate because Alicia unleashes them in a hurry. It goes without saying that they drain her energy and Alicia should not overuse this attack. Her energy blasts have the potential for some strange properties but Alicia has yet to master any of these. Another interesting note is that for some reason Alicia can't decide on a correct name for this attack and always calls it out differently. Names used so far include: Solar Flare, Sparkle Ball, Judgment Bolts, Sun Blasters and so on.


[hider=Comprehensive Ability Rundown]Alicia is a demigoddess with her origin of powers being divine/cosmic/magical (depending on your view of point). The idle energies cursing through her give Alicia superhuman physical abilities which she can further boost by pumping energy into them. Her muscles and overall her body adapt to any level of energy she's capable of manipulating. Her suit is much more than just a decoration, it's an advanced Olympian technology which protects Alicia and also assists her at using these powers. The suit is rather durable for its thickness, you could say it's like wearing a thin layer of steel. In addition the suit also generates forcefields for added protection, their intensity is adjusted depending on the level of threat. The suit has various processors, effectors and sensors squished into its fibers so it can notice threats considerably better than Alicia does. That being said they are far from omniscient. Regardless the combination of light armor, enhanced toughness and adaptive forcefields make Alicia surprisingly durable. In addition she has innate healing powers which can aid her recovery somewhat. All of these combined make Alicia rather difficult to put down. Albeit it worths noting that taking hits can drain her energy reserves considerably. Her energy level is also tied to her vitality and stamina. Depleting her energy means Alicia is KO-d.

Offense-wise Alicia is mostly operating by physical attacks. Punches, kicks and other melee methods. Her suit subconsciously aids her in her movements but otherwise she's almost a complete rookie in combat. She doesn't have any real form or martial arts knowledge, just doing whatever looks cool or convenient. As said her attacks can be enhanced by pumping more energy into them, and in extremes this focus is noticeable by her limb crackling with power prior to delivering the blow. An interesting variation to her physical attacks is the Force Scarf. Alicia's scarf can move freely to deliver strikes or even block attacks like a makeshift shield. It's often controlled by her suit's AI but Alicia's thoughts can also directly order it. Furthermore the scarf can extend to some length so it can attack from medium ranges. Lastly, Alicia can project energy as a form of ranged attack. Compared to physical attacks these are more draining and Alicia is really unexperienced with them. On the other hand if sufficiently powered up these energy blasts could be even more destructive than her physical blows, hence Alicia's new favorite finisher move. Still, Alicia generally prefers to not rely much on her energy attacks.

Aside from her durability Alicia's speed is the most commendable. She can catch bullets and perform similar feats. Albeit it worths noting that Alicia still doesn't have full control over this. She can run at supersonic speeds but maneuvering or even stopping is a more difficult task. If she relies on her speed it's usually performed in bursts and use relatively simple movements like a straight bullrush. Also it isn't rare for Alicia to make some mistakes in battle. She's somewhat clumsy and inexperienced. She could even occasionally trip during her run or perform other mess-ups. Sometimes the suit's AI compensates but certainly not always.[/hider][/hider]
