Ok, Next IC post is ready but I'll let [@Shadowcatcher] post before I do it because it moves some stuff forward.

(I plan on making Laurent into a character soon... And no she won't be second in command, that'd be cheap for those of you who want the position and she prefers the hands off approach to leading anyways.)
