The Attack's and Defenses aren't 'special' in any way other than being more than standard punches and kicks. You can only attack up to 5 times per post with your Speed stat so high, but it can be basic melee like punches or kicks or the attacks listed on the cards either one. Five attacks is five attacks. A Signature Attack can only be blocked by a Signature Defense. Basic melee punches and kicks as well as whatever is listed under Attacks can all be blocked by whatever Defenses. And Defenses can only be used twice per battle. What you had listed as 'Special Attacks', you can use whatever is listed under Attack on your cards more than once per post. I'll go ahead and amend that Signature Attacks, once earned, can only be used once per post but aren't limited like the Signature Defense [it could still only be used twice per battle]. 

Everything else looks good though. If you word it better than I can I'll probably copy/paste what you've got LOL

EDIT: Also [@Genni] that last post need to be longer at least storytelling wise to count. It's just one long sentence with a breakdown of the attacks. Was hoping for at least a Casual standard. You also need to let me know what you're updating with your stat point for Level 2!
