Ryonara, sorry I took so long to check over your CS. I like it but I do have a few remarks. 

Unfortunately I can't allow your character clone himself cuz we have a very strict “no matter creation” rule. He could use incorporeal projections though. Or even temporarily possess people and cast illusions on people to perceive the possessed as if it's him. (which would require either some skill or some inborn talent.)

→ The academy's only been open for 3 months. ^^;

“since the rest of America” → Just to point out, Master Melody's is in Western Europe.
