[b]Personality[/b]: The sort of existence who was "born" rather than "made," Emi can be said to have gone through her life without changing in the slightest, as she was already born as a completed being. Emi is the perfect image of a student council president, above the populace but perfectly able to govern them. Her compassion for others is boundless, and she will go out of her way to make sure the student body is happy. At the same time, she is straightforward and harsh in her enforcement of rules. As a completed being, she considers her ethical standards to be the objectively correct ones, and so, while she aims to make the student body happy, it is less so done in terms of "what would make the students happy" and moreso in terms of "what would make Emi happy were she in their place". Rather than understanding others, she dismisses their viewpoints as wrong and posits herself as the absolute standard by which to measure all things. An uptight, overconfident ojou-sama without peer. Any existence that calls itself a delinquent is a flawed existence as per her worldview.

At the moment, she is a first-year high school student, and has inexplicably come to serve as the Student Council President despite merely being in her first year.
