Xenos? Why not, but you should have a good reason as to why a Xenos is on a Deathwatch Killteam.

The Inquisitor position is taken by an Inquisitor Chance Poppycock, as this is his team and his area of operation. However if you absolutely insist on being an Inquisitor, your Inquisitor can be a friend of Poppycock, who is very open minded, and has been accused of heresy multiple times.
