[@Corsair], with the exception of the formatting, or lack thereof, it looks good.  The URLs are an eyesore, and make the bits that you put them in a bit difficult to read, so I'd like you to clean that up right quick.  While you don't have to, you may get rid of the "personality" and "history" sections completely if you want to.  I will say that if your TAR-21 breaks, spare parts will be hard to find.  Other than that, it looks good.

Just out of curiosity, have you played any of the STALKER games before?
