The ability to make people high by touching them is a useful ability for the drug dealer. When he touches someone with his bare hand he may infuse them with any drug he knows and has taken before; sometimes the levels are a little wonky because of his lack of control. When emotionally unbalanced he may not control for certain what it is that the client gets high on. The effects last as long as they normally would depending on the dosage and substance.
