For simplicity sake and since they aren't BIG characters:

Reed - A vampire who uses a heavy burka and robe combination to keep himself safe from the sunlight. Often hard to understand cause of his muffled voice.

Foster - A crow tengu who's a bit of a coward and panics easily when things go wrong for him.

Both are Ahmose's friends, the three are rarely seen apart.
