James kept his rifle level with the girl, listening to her explanation. Squad 11...odd that someone else would be ahead of them, but then he wasn't in Squad 11 so he didn't know their orders, and from the sounds of it, if this was true, he should be damn glad he wasn't. Still, he wasn't sure how legitimate this was...Bah, to hell with it, Can't risk getting caught. Lowering his rifle, he beckoned with a jerk of his head to follow him, after Lilly suggested it, and led the quartet of soldiers back to the APC where he addressed the Sergeant. "Says she's a survivor of an ambush that hit Squad 11, Sarge. Want me to take another Scout and make sure the way is clear?" Already he was remembering his training over the last few years. Scouts were the best choice for, well, scouting, and they stood a better chance at spotting an ambush before it happened than anyone else. Besides, two scouts left plenty of people to keep up watch duty and PFC Hunt could get out of staring at the landscape while blazing through it and actually try to see the enemy. "If there are Imps in the area, we gotta neutralize 'em anyways before we can move on."
