Yeah, I say "MMA" because it's more of "in the style of MMA" rather than the practice or application of it. I mean yeah sure, you got two tough guys ready to duke it out with strikes and grapples, but without as much rules restricting how they could hurt each other. "Fight honorably" is the only real rule, and it's more of a suggestion. And occasionally instead of two doods it's one dood against a pack of beowulves. It's definitely illegal, but at the same time everyone who participates does so out of choice. No one is forced against their will to participate, and those who are will be forced out. The W.A.R is for true warriors, not soldiers of circumstances or hired blades.
