DIO toyed with all of them and wouldn't have died to Joseph and Polnareff at all because of his stand.  All he had to do is stop time and kill them, he toyed with them the entire time.  A minute, 60 seconds of frozen time is enough to do so much.  Not only that, but your first post already has you godmodding [@oni_]'s character.  For 60 seconds, you could stop time, pick up a bat and beat anyone to death who doesn't have superhuman durability.  Stopping time is an incredibly powerful and unbalanced power.
