Laura was jogging alongside her comrades and the rest of her team, behind Samantha and Alexandre. They had been punished for failing the capture the flag game last week, and now they had to complete a run with ten kilograms of weight more than anyone else in the squadron. The extra weight was heavy, but it was not something she couldn't manage. While they were running, Sam had taken the opportunity to start up a conversation, touching on several of the team's weak points during the embarrassment last week. Communication had been all over the place and that led to a terrible show of teamwork. Although they had failed horribly, Laura wasn't upset nor did she wished she had better team members. She had spent sometime among her team mates and have grown to like them. They were a fun bunch. Especially, that funny guy, Alex. Samantha had grown to act very leader-like and began pointing out the key failures of team in the game. Laura and Nate had been asked to provide ideas if they had. The whole squad had split off to carry out their objectives without knowing what they were actually suppose to achieve, causing one helluva mess. Sam continued about communication for several more minutes before finishing, allowing Alex to butt in as he jogged alongside Samantha. He then went on in the same snarky humorous voice she loved calling her teacher, and asking what if they communicated all the same time, thus resulting in over-communication. Jogging alongside him, Laura punched Alex's head playfully as she said that, while she laughed. "No silly, we speak one at a time, then we can have all the ideas and not get mixed up! I got it teacher, roger that!" Alex then began to speak in a falsetto as he asked everyone to put their hands for a Kumbaya. Laura sniggered at the thought of them rubbing it in Castle's face. None of them liked him. He was indeed what one called a prick. As Alex rattled off and began beginning his thanking speech, she gave out a laugh. There he went again with his obsession of Cthulhu, as he began thanking the mythical creature.
