I think fixing this problem could be if everyone would create a clear, concise list stating when they are looking for a fight and editing it when they're not looking so people can more easily challenge someone you know is still looking. Then maybe for the challenger they can mention every user on this list that they'd like to fight in the post they make in the ooc challenging any of them who would like to respond.
