In that case you'll need the two powers to read as:

Deimos attacks her target for twice her [color=ed1c24]Attack[/color] and gains the [i][b]Awakened[/b][/i] status effect.

Deimos delivers two rapid punches to her target with her standard [color=ed1c24]Attack[/color]. The first punch inflicts the [i][b]Exposed[/b][/i] status effect, weakening the target's armour by her [color=ed1c24]Attack[/color] rating, which the second attack may then take advantage of. If Deimos is currently [i][b]Awakened[/b][/i] the second punch inflicts the [i][b]Unstable[/b][/i] status effect on the target, reducing both their [color=ed1c24]Attack[/color] and [color=00ccff]Defence[/color] by 10% (rounded up.)[/indent][/indent]
You could also later add different abilities or traits which would make use of the [i]Awakened[/i] status as well, such as something like:

While [i][b]Awakened[/b][/i] Deimos gains an additional [color=fff200]+1 Energy[/color] each round.[/indent][/indent]
