I know you want to make a post with Vikki, and she can still stay on as the leader when Maria poofs. But there comes a point when you have to stop waiting for someone to post and just move on without them regardless. So, in this case. Try to find a way for Vikki to stop it before it starts. Otherwise, I'll send in Maria to do that because as much as I like Heartless, we need to move on. We need to fix it in such a way that we do not undermine their characters. The fight can still happen, but Maria is going to make sure it happens later when they leave the town because she knows that if the town were to kick them out, they would have no where to go, yatta yatta. 

Flexibility is a must and if someone has posted in 14 days and has not been seen in 2 days, we need to try and move on without them until they decide to come back. I'll shoot Heartless a PM and see if I can get what's up but until then, we try to find a way to move on without him/her.
