What's he talking about? There haven't even been any atrocities against the dragons.

Ialu and the Strong Tribe have probably killed less than twenty this entire time, Vestec killed and corrupted something like a dozen, and the Cimex and Dyun never successfully killed even one. There hasn't been any atrocity or mass eradication done to the dragons, at least that I can recall.
