While I understand the reason you have the PFCM, it's unfortunately too similar to Diver's data transmitting, and should be changed to something else. The Cannon can be manually aimed like Anzû, with an aim-assisting system added to compensate for the non-humanoid form. Otherwise a great concept for a sniper-type.

Also, I see your point on the overlap. I didn't see your CS until you pointed it out. I will try to think of a replacement for the Prometheus Fire Control System as a secondary system. Do you mind if I just reduce it to being part of the Main Gun's targeting system and think of a replacement for it as a secondary system? I really like the name flavor wise.
