First of all, I need to report a bot, or it's at least some idiot who is spamming some stupid shit.  [url=http://www.roleplayerguild.com/users/jickmoss]Here's his profile[/url], and as you can see, all of his posts are links to some runescape gold thing.

Second, the bot reporting thread seems to be locked, or otherwise unable to be posted in.

Third, there should be a section strictly for reporting bots, or pricks, or both.
