[@Lone Wanderer]Clear Sky actually did get disbanded at about the same time it would have in the canonical timeline, though it was due to the bandit presence in the swamps as opposed to Strelok.  They have since had a resurgence and [s]currently reside in partnership with the scientists at Yantar.[/s] live in Yantar, though no one knows exactly where.  Most likely the small factory north of the scientists' bunker.

I'm starting to think I should make a historical fact sheet to fill the holes.
