DID SOMEBODY SAY FANTASY NOIR!!!

This is my favorite kind of thing and I would love to get in on this if it's not too late.

I'd like to play some kinda Femme Fatale like character. Possibly a siren-type if thats cool? 
If not I could make her full human and go from there. Some kind of sultry bar-singer with bad taste in powerful men and mob-like connections.
