Ok. Two things before I get my post up. A: "Racketeering" is a fairly broad term that could mean a number of things. Basically anything that has to do with "fake" problems, like protection money since "protection" more or less means from the people collecting money and not necessarily other people. So I was wondering on what my characters should be focused on since it's kind of a broad term.

Also B: I noticed that you control other people's characters in the IC somewhat regularly and I was mostly wondering why.
