If the already cracking branch, the increased pull of the Red Eye, and the impact of the laser which it shot weren't enough to send the tiny gem flying, which she by some miracle had avoided up until this point, then the giant gem crashing into the tree due to said impact would invariably to do the trick. And surely enough, it did. The branch of which Evenkite clung to and the neighboring branches came crashing down, and with the force of Amber and the lasers' impact combined, she was surprised the tree itself didn't follow suit. For that matter, neither did Evenkite. Because she didn't simply fall down. Oh no. That'd be too good for her. Instead, with both her light frame and the forced of both impacts working against her, she was flung away before she could even react, soaring away like some deformed bird, off to god knows where. Other than the faint and distant sound of what seemed to be yet more snapping branches, there was no sign that she had even landed at all.
