Alright, I'll be as blunt as possible: A cursory look at your posting history and your signature reveals (in about ten seconds) that you app this same character everywhere. As such, you obviously like this character and have an attachment to it as a concept. Consequently, I'll have to ask that, for this RP, you come up with something new. 

Also, please do not leave the description tagline in your CS (IE, what's in the "Other" section). 

I will also have to say that the Skill is blatantly broken. As I stated above, these abilities should not be broken from the beginning. The ability to speak a language, the affinity to practice a rare magic but still starting off with no experience, and so on are all acceptable. The ability to run faster than "anything else in the world"? Not happening. It shouldn't be an ability that makes you a supreme existence among Goblins; it should be something that gives you the [i]potential[/i] to be something special.

There are also mechanical issues from an English standpoint, but I won't be super harsh on those, compared to how I am usually.
