[@CreedTheChimera] "military base Gamma of the communistic republic of hazakstan, formerly known as the center of the commonwealth empire." the wire creature chimes in, the thin line along it's otherwise featureless face outputting a neutral, smooth voice as he stands stock still, his 'chest' not even rising and falling with the speech, giving it a rather eerie effect up to the point that it's struck by an rpg in the back of the head without even flinching. It doesn't even turn around as an arm extends from its back to forcefully take the rpg-launcher from the soldier and crush it before the remnants sink into it's arm, it's 'skin' seeping out thick, black smoke as it's face remain trained on creed and the sword without evenly shifting at the activity to look at the soldiers or the tank rolling in, it's hand raising about as quickly as the pilot pulls the trigger to fire, he shell crumpling against it's hand before it picks the tank up, jettisons the pilots, and begins crumpling it in a 'sack of skin' that forms over it until the vehicle is no more. "it would appear the armed forces are raising our threat assesment levels, we should go" it remarks evenly before grabbing both cosmos and creed by the face and dragging them through a portal, catching a missile just behind the warhead to prevent it from blowing up as it leaves. The both of them arrive at a decimated city from a slightly more advanced civilization that wiped itself out, the city still containing higher than average background radiation but nothing that could even be felt outside of those with highly attuned senses specifically designed to track radiation. "we should be able to talk more freely here" the creature remarks evenly, setting them down within a small, one story house that it can actually walk around normally in without falling through the floor, setting the missile down on it's lap and starting to take it apart, it's various limbs seeming to sink into it to retrieve bits and bobs like the explosives to detonate it safely within it's specially designed digestion chambers that it'd developed for handling explosives before the missile starts simply sinking into it to be devoured.
