Johnny peeled out of there as soon as he could, Aquamarine's words only spurring him on. The ride was bumpy, not only was the path uneven but it seemed that gravity itself was fluctuating. However it seemed his Van was a little too heavy than the branches and shingles that flew off. The little things in his Van? Not so much. The back of the Van had become a minefield as things not strapped down began to float around before becoming projectiles when the Van bucked. Unfortunately for Johnny he found this out when a sizable rock in his collection was catapulted into the side of his head. For a moment the Van swerved as Johnny saw stars, a warm felling trickling down the side of his head as he pushed through. It wasn't long before Johnny reached the center of town where the local police and mayor gad things pretty under control already. "Well, who'd of thought." Johnny thought to himself. Instead of being the yeller, Johnny instead began to help people get out of town as the giant eye got closer. After several minutes most of everyone was either in a car or running away. Johnny himself had just helped a family pack up before he planned on bailing. Then the laser hit. The shockwave shattered glass all around town before everything in the air came crashing down, one of them being an old fashioned hotdog stand. The propane within exploded, turning the portable goods stand into a deadly bomb. Through the good grace of God or some other deity Johnny was not hit by any shrapnel, only the ball of fire that came from it. It layed him flat out and the only thought that passed through his head as the blackness of unconsciousness took him was how much this was going to hurt in the morning.
