His skin is of a argent complexion, however there are signs of a little bit of tan hue emerging. He also possesses quite an athletic build, He also sports short brown hair that is rather unkempt at times and even on the brink of being out of control distinct hue of red as the newest color for his eyes due to his power, the former being hazel. The boy also dons a loose white shirt with his usual attire consisting of a black jacket over it, along with some sabled pants along with some standard grayish-white sneakers. The boy also displays the use of myriads of different ties, the ones being used most of the time black or red. Power Set: Telekinesis Lukas has the ability to easily manipulate objects within a matter of seconds all thanks to his mind being stronger than matter. He can use this to his advantage as he can control many objects with little ease, either stopping something from flying towards him in it's tracks or even altering the way an object a person tosses by a little margin to make it look like they performed an unwitting mistake. Problem is he can only go so far as to control two things at a time with his mind, leaving him rather weakened for right now. This causes him to focus more on planning ahead strategically at times rather than the force of flinging random objects at a person as quick as he can. **Note - Need permission from the other user to affect their character through Telekinesis to avoid power-gaming. The way they are altered is through the objects they have. Marked abilities also depend on the users mental ability versus the opponents physical ability. This also applies to the items they are holding. This also adds a hidden weakness which makes him unable to use his Telekinesis for a small to medium duration of time. **Telekinetic Grip - He has the ability to keep an object firmly stuck in one place; however, depending on the users physical strength and mental(limited to telekinesis users), it may be easy or difficult for a person looking to fight him with a melee weapon, or just any objects in particular. It can also keep things of importance from flowing away or certain objects from shattering. **Levitation - Lukas can make an object simply float upwards into the air such as a bed, table, water bottle, you name it. However, doing this uses up one of his "slots" so until he removes his influence on the object, he can only lift one more thing with his mind. Also levitating liquids is... rather difficult to pull off due to the molecular structure and how it leaves a peculiar goop like feeling in his mind. **Telekinetic Projection/Maneuver - He has the ability to also alter an objects direction in which they are traveling or pick up an object and throw it somewhere else, or at a living person. Once thrown/moved, he doesn't exactly need to exert his force over it and just let's it move onwards at a specific speed. This gives him room to free up his mind for throwing more objects at a person with little to no consequences... depending. Unarmed Combat - Lukas can pick up objects and keep his grasp on certain objects as if he possessed an extra limb or two. Through this, he can gain an edge in melee combat by staying out of harms way, or he can delve deep into combat, causing much more pressure for the opponent either way. If he uses a gun with his extra "appendages", that will cause him to use up both of his inconspicuous arms due to him holding the weapon with one of his hands and pulling the trigger with the other in part to how his telekinesis works. He is rather ok with wielding weapons, but he needs a "little" more practice to be able to use them at his level. Spatial Sense - Focusing intently, this ability allows him to pick up on any body in the area around him, however telling if they are dead or alive is another. Despite picking up on the bodies around him he can't tell if such a person is deceased, living, or undead which can make for problems. This gives leeway to a hope spot for people before utterly devastating them, or a chance at saving a person who appears dead who will become lifeless if not acted upon. It also has a range, just like his telekinesis, where he can see people/feel them before having an inability to detect them. Other Skills: Under the careful watch of his step-mother, not only has he trained to use swords with his mind, but physically too. This makes him rather difficult to fight within close range in combat, whether he is dual wielding swords, armed with one, or all four. However, he is much more comfortable with using two, rather than one... even though he would be better off using one currently. Since he is unable to use more than two items with the power of telekinesis, Lukas has to often be quick on his feet and devise plans on how to counter someone attacking him with projectiles, melee, etc. Split second thinking is a double edged sword as he can move on from one target to the next, stopping all of the momentum, force, speed, you name it physics fans, behind an item of interest. Over his time training with his step-mother, she has forced him to wear weights and perform other ridiculous tasks. This was all to mainly build him up so he could always have a backup like her if she lost her tools, had nothing to use with her mind, etc. His skills in defending himself while staying on the offensive are becoming refined, but it will take a few more years of training to truly make him shine. Lukas can comprehend some German, but speaking in the language has been more or less a challenge since he currently speaks a bit of broken German and a few phrases. He is currently working hard to overcome this boundary, but for now he averts speaking German and sticks to just using the English language. Weaknesses: Trying to lift up over two objects at once will cause Lukas to get a massive headache which temporarily disables him from using his Telekinetic powers. He will need some practice to overcome this, but other than that he shouldn't try to lift more than two objects. Using specific abilities will leave him vulnerable in many ways as stated above, rendering him immobile or disabled from using his acquired powers temporarily. The latter makes him rely on his innate skills more which could make for a few problems. Performing things in a split second succession isn't usually the smartest way to go at things and can leave him to having his own tools defiled and used against him in an ironic fashion. He makes himself appear more or less like an ace at many things, but in reality it is generally the telekinesis talking. As an example, in sports, he has never been able to keep up properly, causing him to have low self-esteem when his hypocrisy is pointed out... that or he may just burst... People with a stronger control over themselves can move through Lukas' Telekinetic powers, whether it be moving at slower pace to being unaffected completely. In his current state, superior Telekinesis users can break through this with ease, negating his control. The only way he can really use his Telekinesis if he sees or knows the object he wishes to control is in a specific area. For example, he wants his katana and he remembers leaving it in his room. However it has been moved to another room without his knowledge, therefore he can't retrieve it unless told by another or seen by him. Personality: Lukas is a bit of a hardworking individual who is much more lax than given credit for. Even though he is rather prone to pushing himself and others to rather cacophonous standards, he does it for improvement to the point of perfection. Even with such a severe undertone, his actions, mainly emotions make him almost appear quite sadistic despite not being hostile in a genuine sense. His true colors really lie when you get him in a relaxing situation or cause him to nerd out a tinge bit, making him a rather approachable individual. His bright attitude and sympathy towards others make him the sort of person to lend an ear to you when in need of aid. Lukas will also warn against someone pushing themselves too much if he does bring himself to befriend the person. He also sometimes question his harsh procedures when pushing himself, along with others when they are on the brink of expiration. Not all things are truly puppies and rainbows for him; even when having the appearance of a somewhat perverse, happy-go-lucky person he shows signs of being completely serious for the most part. He can discern when the time comes for fun and amusing each other, along with himself from where the line is drawn and when all jokes have to end. To him, this isn't just some game people can toy around in and expect to make it through unscathed. He expects a person to fight each battle as if it were their last. Lukas understands that there are hidden depths to each person and frankly would prefer not taking chances unless they have a semblance about how the select person, parasite, etc. tick. To be precise, don't dick off in battle and you will live long enough to see another day, unless said person is rather inept and cannot really perform an action that is worthwhile enough to make a dent. His perfectionism makes for a little bit of a fatal flaw for him at times and may sometimes make him perceived as a hypocritical cheat. He somewhat dislikes this, but he can't dismiss the fact that it's through and bitterly acknowledges it himself. Despite it just being in sports, it mainly stems from an unrealistic expectation of himself, sometimes seeing those athletic pastimes as something equating to reality and works to the point where he won't have to rely on his powers. He is no better in fights, even as being completely flexible. At first, he will start off rigid, going in with a plan stubbornly and trying to make it work to the point where this trait is sort of an unhealthy passion. Even when winging it, he becomes extremely frustrated and might be slightly irritable after a task and may just want to leave the whole thing alone temporarily. Error to him is as if it's life or death. Backstory: Lukas was born within the bustling city of New York City to a German father and American mother, a few minutes older than his younger sister. Due to some problems in the operation, the two children were unfortunately left with only a father to care for them. Neither mother or father were supers at all, and like them never inherited any powers from either parent due to being normals. Even with the ability to live like a regular person, their live was far from being ordinary. The duo during most of their childhood weren't around their father due to his demanding job, which left them in the hands of a caretaker. Eventually, the children were heralded with a new woman strolling into their lives. She was of Asian descent, and appeared rather exotic to the eye since she was somewhat unfamiliar. The woman's name was Mei from what the toddlers could recollect at a young age, and she filled a peculiar gap which was vacant for almost the whole three years of their life. They felt whole, well, other than the times when she had to leave the home on a whim, only to return after a few hours. It was just a regular life... To an extent. They never knew about their step-mothers identity as a superhero with a rather simple name, known as Calista. Lukas and his sister, Mary, often took note of her amazing abilities and often played cops and robbers with their other friends around the neighborhood, mimicking the fascinating woman. They even went as far as to imagine some of the women caring for their family as Calista, even their own mother. The woman felt no need to reveal herself to anyone but her husband, the government, and any other person of interest. Even without the innate abilities of supers, she still raised them with differentiating interests, such as kendo and boxing. In a sense, this also kept herself sharpened, enabling her to hone her skills while spending time with her step-son and step-daughter which she cherished dearly. It wasn't until they were six years of age, when they were caught in a hostage situation at a large mall by a group of cultists looking for sanguine fluid of heightened proportions. Despite it being completely outrageous, they demanded for the blood of a few specific supers or else they would use the blood of the innocent instead to satisfy their vile sacrilegious ideals. They called a few supers "demi-gods" and their leader was told by the gods about needing the blood of lesser beings. Their father understood the situation quite well, knowing that they were out for the blood of humans blessed with incredible abilities for the sole reason of possibly becoming like them too... well, that's what he believed as they had the place on a strict lock-down. The children were scared, but kept asking for their hero to come save them. The hero, Calista eventually appeared after learning of what happened, and she was furious of what she came to saw. With her powers, she managed to disarm most of the cultists, even taking some risks to secure the safety of everyone. The problem is that no one is perfect as she didn't come to expect a back-up to come and was caught off-guard. The woman was severely wounded in the process and was forced to keep them from getting their way in a sign of desperation which lead to one of her biggest mistakes - He step-son was harmed like a few other people in the crossfire. This left her with a horrifying image as she rushed to clean up the mess she made and quickly took the boy to the hospital. Due to the high amount of blood loss, they would need a blood transfusion of specific A alleles to save the boy. Problem was that they were waiting for an influx of blood due to a couple of blood bank raids by said cult. On that very day, Lukas gained the abilities of his own mother in part to her frantic attempt to mend what she caused, even while being in no condition to help him. Regardless, she took the risk, but she was left incapacitated for quite sometime. Lukas saw his mother in another light after learning of her own sacrifice. Lukas eventually began to experience nauseous headaches, along with some outlandish things going on in their house. Items that floated for no apparent reason, things in places they shouldn't be in, and a whole lot of vomit and sobbing emanating from Lukas' room. After a week in the confinement of the hospital, Mei returned home to finding her step-son with the same abilities as her, along with a few familiar problems. Mei had to calm down the young, rash six year old who was experiencing a lot of pain before discretely deciding to teach him how to use his powers that she bestowed onto him. From there on, Lukas grew up as a regular boy, well, almost. With the new blood of a hero running through his veins, his mother had to keep him on lock down at times and used her wiles to get a job as a teacher at the school he was attending since she quit her job in being a woman of business. There were easier ways to keep a look out for abnormalities, but Lukas never questioned why. As the boy kept growing, he always wondered what peculiar tingling sensation was going on in his mind. Lukas' began to question why this was transpiring, and began to ask questions or devote his time to looking up knowledge on this instead of playing with his friends in futbol or Pokemon. Upon reaching the age of ten, he was shown the path that he had to go down by his own mother as she apologized profusely. The boy was ecstatic, in a good way. He understood with his mind, he could safeguard the general populace and was eager to learn and use his uncovered power. The road he was put on was rocky at times as he struggled to lift more than one object, becoming frustrated. Sometimes his mother questioned if this was the right path for him, to which he acknowledged her with a determined yes. There was a fire in his eye, not know that he was forsaking his social life. Lukas grew closer to his mother while becoming almost remote to his friends. In the future as he became more skilled, he learned to balance out these two perspectives and ever began to learn that being a hero wasn't one of silver-lining. His own family could only remind the boy that he was human. When reaching the age of fourteen, he was leading the same normal life again and wondered which path to truly traverse down. The training was getting harsher and harsher, but yet he didn't back down. Yet, he found interest in other jobs rather than having the pure view of being a hero 24/7. Some heroes lead normal lives just as he and his mother demonstrated and being one certainly wouldn't pay exactly. Ethos, Pathos, and Logos were the three items that kept him going between the two spectrum's before combining both. With the powers and resolve, he began to mold himself a little bit more, causing a metamorphosis within his personality trends. The boy began to try and make himself the best, starting off with his kendo training with his mother in which he became much more fearsome. This trait extended to other activities such as his schools sports. The boy started as another face in the crowd to the coaches, but over time he evolved in part to abusing his powers to fuel his own unrealistic idea of perfection. You had to not make a slight error, lest you hinder another persons fate or yours for the worse as he saw it. This eventually crossed into most of his life, worrying his family as he was going a bit too far. They had the most influence on him, mostly his mom thanks to the time spent training. Her bond with her step-son made the boy question his whole reasoning, making him remember why he wanted to become a hero in the first place. After enough time passed, he was enrolled into the Herculean Academy for his first year, expanding his own mind through training and algorithms. It was an enjoyable first year, but rapidly he found himself in his second year at the Herculean Academy. He is certainly excited for this new year; with an eagerness implanted deep within, his second year at the Academy starts. (should include: whether their parents have powers or not, whether their parents are heroes, villains or civilians, how your character got their powers, and what they were doing before the school found them) Other: Lukas is pretty geeky for the most part, so he may just nerd out at the most inconceivable times if he finds reference to something that he is familiar with. Don't expect him to remember everything though.
