[@Saarebas] I also cannot highlight enough how good it is to have a good co-GM. It can make all the difference. Other than what Akaya has already said, the only advice I have is to [s]not do whatever it is that I did because that clearly didn't work out[/s] is just to remember that we're all human. I know, not very good advice, but then again I've never been a great GM myself, so... Orz
