You're correct in a way. As SS he's  basically the gateway to the multiverse and can travel to where he needs to go by astral projection. Though I should've clarified that he's keeping our universe in check from the outside in by protecting its borders and not overstepping his jurisdiction. So he's not really a sheriff - more like border patrol in that regard lol.

Perhaps then, Pming [@Dedonus] would be a good idea? So that at least he knows what's going on as it's pretty important. It's possible to remove spoilers from it, I mean with the Avengers first Arc I have planned I got the go-ahead but left some details out to give him some element of surprise.
