Squad 1: Lieutenant and lower 

Squad 4: Lieutenant and lower

Squad 6: Lieutenant and lower 

Squad 8: 3rd Seat and lower (Controlled by Killbox)

Squad 9: 3rd seat and lower (Controlled by Obli)

Squad 10: I don't think it's so open anymore...

Squad 11: 3rd seat and lower

Squad 12: Lieutenant and lower

Squad 13: Lieutenant and lower (Controlled by Abi)

You can always take control of a Squad by becoming it's Lieutenant and if it doesn't have a Captain...so there is that option...but choice is yours. That's the rough list though...I really need to put together a proper list...*rubs back of head* I'll start work on it now
